Traditional Calabrese Sausage

Coarse-grained pork salami, stuffed and seasoned in natural casings, in a chain, prepared exclusively with selected fresh meats.
The ground is mixed with the addition of fine aromatic ingredients, such as black pepper and ground red pepper, which gives the product a bright color and a pleasantly intriguing taste. The seasoning takes place in a mountain climate which gives it taste and aroma.
