Traditional Calabrian Soppressata

Coarse-grained pork salami, typical of our Calabrian tradition, with an irregular cylindrical shape.
The soppressata is prepared exclusively with selected fresh meat, stuffed and seasoned in natural casings and finally tied by hand.
The ground is mixed with the addition of fine aromatic ingredients:black peppercorns and powder and ground red pepper, which gives the product a red color
bright and a pleasantly intriguing taste.
The seasoning takes place in a mountain climate which gives it taste and aroma.
