Our cured meats are made following an authentic artisan recipe
Calabrian, with selected lean meat and dough enriched with aromas
like notes of orange, unrefined salt, red pepper, nuances of wine
red, and where present chilli and fennel of Calabria. There
maturing takes place in compliance with the natural time, without forcing
as additions of chemical additives such as carrageenan and more
upset flavor and digestion. Gluten, lactose, glutamate free
they are suitable for everyone and follow a food safety path with
quality system certification.
