The Clementine of Calabria (PGI), produced in the Piana di Sibari has organoleptic qualities that make it unique, easily distinguishable from imported clementines. But what makes the Calabrian clementine such a particular product? The quality of the soil, the cultivation techniques, but also the presence of the Pollino and the reliefs of the Sila which create an ideal habitat for the growth of this plant, hindering in particular the formation of wind and hail.
Clementine of Calabria is refreshing and diuretic and has high amounts of vitamin C, potassium, calcium and phosphorus.
