Traditional Calabrian Fillet
Pork fillet very lean, salted and tied by hand according to the most ancient tradition.
Wrapped in natural film with the addition of precious aromatic ingredients, it presents, when cut, a compact slice of pale red color.
To be cut very thin, it can be used as an appetizer, enriched with rocket and parmesan flakes. The seasoning, which takes place in a mountain climate, gives it a unique taste and aroma.
