Traditional Calabrian Soppressata
Coarse-grained pure pork salami, typical of our Calabrian tradition, with an irregular cylindrical shape.
The soppressata is prepared exclusively with selected fresh meat, stuffed and aged in natural casing and finally tied by hand.
The ground is mixed with the addition of fine aromatic ingredients:black pepper in grains and powder and ground red pepper, which gives the product a red color
lit and a pleasantly intriguing taste.
Maturing takes place in a mountain climate which gives it taste and aroma.
